Story Tea rosettes can be infused up to 7 times! (so don't look at the price too literally). These will seduce anybody into green tea with their delicate, sweet and refreshing taste. We drink it all day long at Leaf, toping up the teapot using the same rosette. 'Rosettes' are flattened green tea leaves tied together by hand, the leaves will then unfurl when infused... We have a very limited stock of these beauties Preparation A rosette is perfect for 2 cups. No need for an infuser. Simply pour fresh hot water over the rosette (stop the kettle when just starting to see or hear tiny bubbles forming – don’t boil it) in a small teapot or jug, Infuse for max. 3 minutes and remove the rosette. You can then infuse it again, using remaining hot water from the kettle. Best served On its own
