| Story |
A very special tea made of tea leaves rolled together by hand into
little pearls... These are fragranced with jasmine flowers, a Chinese
speciality that should please your senses with a delicate, fragrant taste.
Leaves are mixed with fresh jasmine blossoms up to 6 times, the jasmine
is then removed to leave the tea naturally scented.
When infusing the pearls will open and unfurl their leaves, worth watching…

| Preparation |
Use a clear glass or glass jug and pour the pearls straight into it without
infuser. Use about 4 pearls per person (adjust to your taste) and infuse
with simmering water for up to 3 minutes (stop the kettle when just starting
to see or hear tiny bubbles forming– don’t boil it). Always
remove the tea when ready so that it doesn’t carry on infusing… |
