Nests are tea leaves compressed into the shape of little birds nests, an ancient technic from China. If you're interested in shaped teas, we also have tea flowers and rosettes you can check out. Preparation A nest is perfect for 2 cups. Infuse with fresh hot water (stop the kettle when just starting to see or hear tiny bubbles forming – don’t boil it) in a small teapot or jug, for max. 2-3 minutes and remove the infuser.
